22nd Birthday Celebration

Hi All!!!
Back to my blog again! I do miss to write down my story in my blog! It’s quite busy recently! I do really fight for my last thesis. Wish me luck so I can summit my thesis before the deadline.:)

Now I am going to share with you my birthday moment on my 22nd years old. Already quite old (mature;red). The older you are, the more responsibility you have. But on my 22nd years old birthday is very special to me compare to my 21st birthday last year. The most terrible birthday ever! Short story I celebrated my 21th birthday in office and I got my first over time also! No cake! No suprise! No direct congratulations! I did my over time and arrived at home around 10 pm. So bad!
On 22nd years old birthday is quite different. Actually I didnot expect too much because I know one of my best friends ever in UNPAR : Wanonefilicia Agustin was not in Bandung. She usually arranges everything! I miss her badly because we usually did everything together! (Since in UNPAR, I don’t have really best friends!)
On the night before, I did BBM my old-best-school-friends : Anthony and Christian who are in Bandung and Billy, one of my best friend from Siantar asking them to celebrate my simple birthday to go out for dinner and they said yes. At least I could celebrate small birthday (but since I grow older, the essence of birthday is not really too important for me; yeah it is a special day but still when you get older, many things to think about compare with great celebration of birthday. If you get great celebration, you should be very grateful especially you can celebrate it with the people who you love, especially with family.) Also, since I was in college life, I never celebrate my birthday with my family. I wish someday, several years later I can spent my birthday with my family (esp with my dad, mom, and grandma) just back to Siantar and spent full time day with them.:)
On the D-Day.

I got up early in the morning, felt grateful with my new age. Thanks to God by giving me life until I am 22nd years old now. Looked for my black berry to see who were greating me and opened my laptop to see who are greating me from facebook also. My parents also called me and congratulated me! Thanks Mom and Dad! Love you!!!:)) and also it’s quite lots of friends still remember my birthday by sending small greating. I did really appreciate them! On. 9.45 am I went to colloge to have my class till 12 pm.
On the afternoon, I just did my thesis a long the day. On the mid day around 3 pm, I went out to look for something I want, just small gift for myself. After that, I met up with one of my friend to finish the seminar responsibility report (laporan pertanggungjawaban-in Indonesia;red). After finishing those things, I backed to my dorm and kept doing my thesis to wait for the night to have lunch with my friends to celebrate my birthday.

On the night, when I already got prepared unfortunely it started raining. Oh no! Raining on my special day and I was planning to have dinner with my friends. Luckily they were patient to wait till the rain stopped but still one of my friend Billy couldnot join us because of the heavy rain and her car was broken. Thank to Christian and Anthony to spent their time to celebrate my small birthday.

Another special story with my HNMUN 2012 friends : Lona and Angel!.
One of my best part in UNPAR was as one of the delegate of HNMUN 2012. I feel so lucky become part of them. I was planning to go out with some of them who were really close to me. I am not picky actually, all of them are very nice to me but it’s quite impossible to ask all of them to celebrate with me. (like transport and cost consideration). I was asking Lona, Angel, and Adrian to go with me on the Saturday night and it was the first time we hang-out together outside. We usually meet up only in UNPAR for HNMUN practices, HNMUN selection, or just pass by. Lona and Angel were available but Adrian had made appointment with his friends on the Saturday night. So bad!
On the Saturday night.

Angel asked me whether I and Lona need to be picked up in UNPAR or not? I said no, it’s like very trouble some to make someone to pick me up (a girl especially, it’s not funny. Haha) and the UNPAR’s road were quite so lame and bad. It was under construction. But still I have motorcycle and Lona is quite fine to go out with motorcycle also. So at the night, I picked up Lona with my motor cycle and met Angel in PVJ. After arrived at PVJ, we looked for Angel because she had arrived before us. We met up at Carrefour and after that we were going to find place to eat. We choose Pizza e-Birra because none of us had tried it before. It’s quite good place to eat and have leisure time to chit&chat with your friends! The price still reasonable for hang out in Saturday night.

I even didn’t think Lona & Angel with give me supprise. They brought me a birthday cup cakes! (WOW!!! Birthday cake for my birthday celebration and especially cup cakes). I never get cup cakes for my birthday. Thanks so much Lona & Angel. Angel was waiting in Carrefour to find candles for the cup cakes but unfortunely she couldn’t find the single candles and she didn’t know how old I am for this year. Hahhaa. But still thank you so much guys!!! We took picture, talked about so many things, and it’s really quite fun. I think It has been a long time I don’t feel so happy like this. The cupcakes were very delicious! (Angel, I help you to promote your cup cakes! Hope it works! Haha) FYI, the cupcakes were made by Angel’s sister with DC cucpcakes secret recipes with her own additional tastes! You must try it on! Contact me if you want! Hahaha. For Lona, please don’t so busy! I think it was my first time go out with friends to PVJ who bring laptop with him/her to PVJ. Hahaha. For Adrian! You should join with us next time.:) Guys! We must hang-out again next time! After that we went to cinema to watch Bourne Ultime.

Thank You So Much Guys!!! Who make my 22nd birthday feel so great!

College Story

I am writing this to share with you about my journey in my collage, Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung

I am Vin Cent, majoring in Accounting 2008 Intake. Actually it was a bit hard for me for the first time to adapt with the UNPAR environment since I came from other island. The first semester GPA was so bad. I felt so depresed but on the second semester I tried to move on and improve. My GPA got better than the first semester, improved and stabled semester by semester.

Short story, I began to build again my college portfolio. I started as part of Accounting Student Association as Head of National Seminar in 2009. It’s a good start to have a good soft skill in leadership. Not stop till there, I was trusted also as Event Coordinator in Workshop I & II, Publication and Documentation Coordinator for Stock Exchange Simulation, Mentor for Economic New Students Orientation in 2009 & 2010, etc. My leadership was hone sharply.

After the second year filled with organization experiences, on the third year I moved on to the competitions. The first competition I participated was Nutrifood Leaders Awards. I passed the selection until the last part ( FGD with the Nutrifood CEO directly – Mr. Mardi Wu and interviewed with the Human Resources) and unfortunely I didn’t pass it. First thing I got from this experience was I met with other great friends from other universities and we made friends till now. There were very awesome! From this point, I started to hunt other competition. I do love competitions about leadership and business (The most important point is I can make networking with other friends!). The next one was Protect Gamble ASEAN Business Challenge and I also failed on the interview step with the Human Resources, but I learned more about the trick of the interview. Then, I also tried UNPAR for Harvard National Model United Nations and I failed on the second stage (presentation stage). There were many failures during those steps but I never gave up, but after that so many great blessed I  got.

Started from Audit Integration which was held by KPMG Indonesia. Only lucky (red : smart) 16 students were selected to join the class. It was really very VIP class from KPMG Indonesia cooperate together with Accounting Department. We learned depth-into about audit and the each fields. After That I participated In DREaM 2010, the summer program from International Office of UGM, continued with International Conference “Regional Youth Leader Conference” by Binus International. Next, I tried Astra 1st program (Astra Workshop Program – previous program) and I was luckly elected as one of the 80 best students from the best universities in Indonesia. I also participated in Astra Credit Company Syneargear Competition (UNPAR regional) and my team got the first runner-up winner. Then I was accepted as vocational employee (red : interns) at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Indonesia in Energy Utilities and Mining Division (the best division ever in PwC Indonesia). The great one also I was selected as one of the delegate from UNPAR represent the Harvard National Model United Nations 2012 in UNCTAD committe. The last but not least, I was elected as the participant of Danamon Youth Leader Award 2011 and my team got the first winner. Those were great blessing for me, really very amazing and awesome. I couldn’t still believe I had come so far. It’s a never ending progress to keep trying and trying.

In 2012 again, after backed from HNMUN 2012. I applied as interns at Accenture Indonesia and I was accepted in SAP implemention in Change Management Division. After the internship program finished, soon I participated in Biz Camp (Business Plan Competition) which was held by Prasteya Mulya Business School and my team got the best team and best presentation for our business plan. My self, I got the second runner-up and partial scholarship from Prasetya Mulya for my MBA graduate program. Recently, the last program I joined was Unilever leadership Actions on Sustainability; it was a social project competition how we as youth generation help to keep our nation (scope : Jabodetabek) more sustainable and now still keep on going until the last of September 2012.

That’s my story (journey) in Accounting, Parahyangan Catholic University. So, just small tips for you :

For the first year : adapt quickly with your new college environment and keep your GPA as high as possible because the higher year in college, the harder you get good GPA. Don’t forget to involve in student organization as staff and new friend with others

For the second year : involve more in student organization as chief executive, coordinator, or mentor to hone your leadership and soft skill. Get more information about the competition, international program, and exchange that you are going to participate and prepare yourself more.

For the third year : Keep participating in the competition, international program, and exchange. Begin to think where are you going to work after graduate. Get more information about the company, the work load and environment, and benefit also from website, campus recruitment, or even from your senior. Don’t forget to apply internship during the short semester.

For the fourth year : Focus on your last thesis and graduate soon from the college.

Hope It can help you to survive in the college.:)

Best Regards,

Accenture Internship program

Back again with the work life. I am going to talk about my internship program in Accenture Indonesia (top 3 world wide consulting). Soon after my trip from US in the mid of april, I was planning to have my internship program to fill the spare months untill the new semester in the end of August. I had applied many companies which has internship program. The fastest respond was from the Accenture Indonesia. Lucky, I got the HRD's email from my friend who had internship program at Accenture Indonesia. The response will much more faster if we directly apply to the HRD than from the website. It's so amazing. I still remembered exactly : I arrrived in Indonesia on Tuesday, on the Wednesay morning I sent my e-mail to the HRD and on the late evening I got the call from the HRD. Wow! amazing. I still couldn't believe it. She asked to have phone interview with one of the manajer on the next day. On the Thusday morning, I got the phone interview with the manajer and on the evening I got the result and on Friday I directly started my first day. So fast, wasn't it?

On the first day, I went directly to the head office in Wisma BNI 46 to meet the HR. After signed the contract, I directly asked to the client by myself (which it never happened to me at my previous intern company - a bit shocked). How come? After called my senior and got the client's address, I directly went to the client by busway. As soon as arriving at the client, the client was not like my expectation. Not really big company but already listed in the stock exchange market.

I was assigned in Change Management Division and I was directly supervised by my senior. For the first week, I was at the client head office and hadn't met my senior because she was in the factory site. We were working by e-mail & G-Talk. On the next month, in 1st of May I started to move to the factory. I met my senior there and other friends there. It's my first to have so many people in my team. 25 people in my team compare to my previous team that only 6 people. The environment in the factory was very different compare to the head office.  I met new friends there ( I do really love this team because we like friends, there is no seniority in this team - I am lucky that I always get the best and nice team in every projects!)

My job and responsible actually were not very tight compare my last internship program. The work load wasn't too heavy. The job was too admin ( I don't really like but still ok for internship program; I need more challenging things.:)) but for sure, I do really like the team! I got many new insight about the IT consulting in Accenture and especially the SAP implementation (but still I do prefer in the business strategic which it was a bit impossible for private University to get-in and the core of Accenture Indonesia is IT consulting).

My contract actually was until the end of May but the project was extended and the project manajer still need people to help the project, my contract was extended until the end of June. Thanks God! That's mean my performance was good enough.:) Since the factory was far away from Jakarta (in Cibitung), in June I started to live near the factory with my other friends in the team! It's very quite fun, living together with the team!

The special moment in my internship program was on the Work Life Balance Day which the HRD came to the factory. We went out together to have lunch and also dinner! We ate very full and had karaoke at the night. I felt in bond with this team! So proud to become part of this team! The last but not least, also the farewell party. At the end of July, there were 4 people had farewell from the project (2 people include me were the interns which our contract had already ended; the other 2 people were going to have other part of their life journey). I got suprised from the team! I was really very affected; I was so really happy! Nothing to stated, but from my bottom of heart : Thank you so much my team! May success be with you ahead! Until now, I stil miss the moment with them! The joy and the laugh!

US Trip part II - Day 6 to 10

Day 6 – Second & Third session HNMUN 2012
I must get up early in the morning around 7am because I had appointment with other Africa country on 8am meanwhile my room mates still slept. I was a bit late came down and my friends from other countries had already discussed about the working paper. I thought they would be late but No! 1 thing I learned from western people, when they has appointment with others, they will not come late – compare with Indonesian people who always come late include me. We discussed about what would we talk about during the second session until around 10 or 11 am. The delegate of South Africa controlled the Africa bloc because he had great preparation and idea, plus with other delegates from Argentina, China, and Japan. They were the main core authors in our bloc. For the second and the third session, I couldn’t do more again because I didn’t know well about the topic but still caught up the main idea of the discussion.
At night, there was party night but I skipped it because I was too tired to join it meanwhile some of my friends from UNPAR still joined the party. I slept around 11 pm and my room mate came back around 2 am. Oh No! Save energy on the next commitee session.
Day 7 – Fourth & Fifth session HNMUN 2012
Still the same thing, there was nothing special on this day. I just followed the flow of the debate where the developing & less developing countries vs developed countries. They talked about FTT where I didn’t really understand about FTT. Still my english need improvement, I could hear what they were talking about, but I had problems for my daily english conversation so bad. For the fifth session was a bit long because of the amendments. There were many amendments for the draft resolution 1.5 & 1.6.
On the night, I joined the delegate dance night. I quite very nice party, where most of delegates came to the main hall to have a dance. We danced together in the floor under the DJ’s music until 1 pm and we still went outside to China Town to have late dinner, but I didn’t. I just walked around the China Town with my friend, Marvin then backed to hotel first to sleep. Really tiring day.
Day 8 – The last session of HNMUN 2012 & Closing Ceremonies.
The last session was a bit relax, not so serious because of the last night party. Some of the delegates came late and hang over. The session began with short debate of draft resolution 1.5 vs 1.6 until the voting session. For the voting session, usually need 2/3 of the total delegates who come to the session; but for UNCTD both of the draft resolution didn’t pass 2/3 so the commitee decided to have simply majority where each delegates were called to make decision on each draft resolution (Yes/No/Abstains) and the result was draft resolution 1.5 which the developing & less developing countries as the signatories. The last session was until 11 am and I went back to my room to pack my luggage because we must check out on 12 am. There were many people waiting for the lift because most of delegates were checked out also. We were late for the closing ceremony because there was something happened. For UNCTD, the best delegate fell into South Africa as the main author of the winning draft resolution, outstanding delegates fell into China & France, and honourable mention fell into Brazil & German. From Indonesia, ITB was the only one got the honourable mention on Legal committee.
After the closing ceremony, we still had enough time to walk around Boston (it was the last day in Boston) because our bus was around 11 pm to Washington D.C. I and some of my friends went back to Harvard The Coop to buy other things again, then went to Quinsy Market. Quinsy Market was very quite nice place in Boston. I had my great dinner there for $16 dollar Salmon Fish. The most expensive foods I ate in US. There were also many shops around Quinsy Market, then we must back to Boston Park Plaza Hotel and went to the bus station.
Conculsion for trip in Boston.
Boston is very nice city to continue your education and live (For comparision, Boston is like Bandung and New York is like Jakarta). There is Harvard and MIT as the best university in the world. The people are also very friendly (compare to Washington DC and NYC). The transportation is very simple and flexible, easy to use.
At 11 pm, we departed from the bus station to Washington DC. It took around 8-9 hours trip. When in the bus, I and my friend, Vinsensius got the seat near the door. (We used Mega Bus, double decker Bus; From NYC-Boston we seated on the second floor of the bus). It was very quite damn cold because the wind still came in from the door especially when the door opened when reached each stops. I directly moved to the second floor to find space and I seated with other people during the bus trip.
Day 9 – Washington DC.
We arrived at the Washington DC Bus Station around 10 am then we deposit our luggages on the deposit center. We went around the Smithsonia complex, it was very large complex with many kinds of museum in there. From Air Space until the natural museum where the Night of the Museum II took place, but I didn’t really like the museum compare to the NYC. (I think it is because of the limited time and just look around for a while).
Around 6 pm we gathered again in the Bus Station to get taxi to Rumah Dinas “Atdiknas” in Betheda, 20-30 minutes from the Bus Station. As we arrived at Rumah Dinas “Atdiknas”, we were welcomed by Indonesian Government who work in US. We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days, because we were too many people (17), all the men were moved into other Rumah Dinas “bagian pertahanan”. First, I heard about it, it quite scare because of bagian pertahanan; it would be very strict people who lived there, but when we were arrived at Rumah Dinas “bagian pertahanan”, the householder (tuan rumah) were very nice, kind, and warm. It was very nice night because of the 8/9 hours bus trip!
Day 10 – Washington DC
In the morning, we ‘the boys’ were planning to go to the girls’ place to go out together. When we finished take a shower, we were going to wait for the bus; but the householder told us to have breakfast in his house. For the first time, we had our breakfast – usually we skip our breakfast and only had brunch.:P We had great cereals with meals. Luckily, when we are going to the girls’ place, the householder told us that they provided car for us to use. It was really very big car called “Sprinta’ which could uphold around 15 people. After that, we picked the girls then we went to white house and around. I met one of my friend, Ryan. Actually I just met him at DC; I just knew him at glance only when in UNPAR because he was my senior in accounting major, we were same in the accounting student association, and close friend of my friend : Ikha. Then, we went to georgetown; it was the best shopping center in DC. I went to the DC Cupcakes; I didn’t know it exactly but most of my friends who came with me said it is very famous on television show since in my dorm I don’t have television.:P I bought two kinds of cupcakes, they were really delicious.
After that, we went to Hotdog restaurant where US president (Mr. Barack Obama) ever ate there with Ryan, Marvin, Tazia, and Tisa. We also met Ryan’s friend; called Putri (if I don’t wrong remember). Suddenly, Marvin and Tazia had idea to visit Wal-Mart, the biggest supply store (It likes Carrefour in Indonesia, but it is bigger, much more bigger and complete). Thanks for Ryan who gave us ride (car) to Wal-Mart to walk around and buy something. I just bought small box of chocolate to eat. We went back to our houses around 11 pm then had a nice slept.:)

US Trip

HNMUN 2012
Hi, I would to tell my HNMUN 2012 story. It was very interesting, awesome, and special moment for me.
11 February 2012
For the beginning, there was something bad happened. I with my friends : Marvin, Lona, and Trissa would take travel to Jakarta Airport from Bandung meanwhile my other friends were dropped by their parents in the Airport. We should take taxi on 2 pm because we took the travel on 3 pm and the bad news was the taxi that I had booked wasn’t going and they said there weren’t any taxi available. Sh*t, I had booked the taxi on 10 am before and on 1:50 pm the operator called me and said there were any taxi. Short story, we used public car aka ‘angkot’ to go to the pool and the time was shown 2:40 pm and we were late and the travel had departed. Fortunely we could reserve for one car directly to go Jakarta Airport.
We arrived at the airport around 6:30 pm and our flight is 23:50 pm local time. We looked for our friend – Vinsensius who had been arrived at airport very early,3 pm. He was afraid that the travel was late arrived at the airport since the last week there was labour demo and Bdg-Jkt highway was closed. We had our dinner first until waited for the others.
At 10:30 pm, we checked-in. We were using Qatar airways : JKT-Doha-JFK. At 23:50 pm the plane departed and it took around 4-5 hours to arrive at Doha. People said that today Qatar airways is one of the best highest class airlines in the world; for me Qatar is very nice, with quite comfortable seat, with many kinds of entertainments (movie, music, television, and many more), but I had problems with the food. The food wasn’t so delicious, maybe they provided it for foreign-western people who has the flight back to Doha or US.
After arrived at Doha, We moved to other airport waiting room for transit. I passed the road when transit into other waiting room. I just saw small part of Doha, but I though it was very nice country with oil as their core business. I also saw the small desert beside the road. We just stopped around 2 hours to wait for the next flight Doha-JFK.
Doha-JFK took around 8-9 hours flight. The longest flight I ever had; in total around 14-15 hours flight from Indonesia. I still did the same things in the flight : sleep, eat, watch movie, sleep again, wake up, eat, and watch movie until it arrived at JFK. Before arrived at JFK, I still worried a bit about my plan in US. I worried that the immigration would ask difficult and weird questions because I was the only one who had the longest trip until 15th April. When we arrived at JFK airport; in immigration – all were gone on well and smooth. Really thanks God, we didn’t face anything and I could spent my holiday and trip with free. We arrived around at 4 pm local time.
After finished getting our lagguages, we were waiting for the bus which would drop US into the NYC because we would continue our trip directly by Mega Bus to Boston that took around 4-5 hours trips again. We looked for dinner first, for my first dinner in US, I had “Taco Bell’ – Mexico Food, not really very delicious for me. FYI, the foods in US are really expensive; we can spent at least 5 dollar for our lunch or dinner – usually is 8 dollar. (In Indonesia, I usually spent around Rp 8.000-Rp 15.000 ($1-2) for usuall lunch or dinner; for $5-8 foods – it is very fine-dining restaurant in Indonesia).
1 more interesting story for the first day when we arrived at US was when we are waiting for the mega bus. We were waiting around 1 hour until 8 pm to depart to Boston. The weather was really very cold for me for the first time. D*am freeking freezing. Hahaha. We arrived at Boston around 1 or 2 pm, we lived at Double Tree Bay Side Hotel by Hilton. It was very nice hotels, I did really love it. The room was very large enough for 3 people, and it was near beach. I do love beach but a bit far away for the center of town. We stayed 3 days 2 nights there before moved to Boston Park Plaza Hotel for HNMUN 2012 conference.
Day 2
In the morning, I didn’t do anything because I stayed in the hotel until noon to accompany my friend, the head del – Della. Here was a problem about the hotel where we stayed, actually it was not a big problem, just about the payment/credit card. In the noon, we went to MIT. We had already appointment with the MIT student to take campus tour in MIT. MIT is very nice university, especially for its technic major. The building is also very nice, very big and comfort – very integrated university, with many facilities to support its students. You donot need to go anywhere outside MIT complex to find for daily needs because everything are provided around the campus. We had the tour until mid noon and after that we had free time. We also crossed the harvard bridge, it was very very long bridge and we walked across it!
For your information, the transportation is very easy to use. Boston has subway, it is similiar MRT in Singapore. Then we went to Newsbury & Bollyston street, there are many shops there and in here, I just bought my new gadget. Hahaha.... Then there was prudential building – mall near there. We spent our time until night at there then we went back to the hotel.
Day 3
It was one of the great moment, going to Harvard!!!! HARVARD! The best or second one (Harvard/Cambridge?) university in the world! I couldn’t stand to visit Harvard but unfortunely We didn’t get the guidance, so we just walked by ourselves. It is really really very nice university; still wondering that could i get my master degree in Harvard? HOPE SO!!! But at least I can continue my master degree in aussie/europe/us by scholarship! Wish me luck.:)
We also visited the Coop, the official story that sell Harvard & MIT apparells, stationery, and etc; but they were very very expensive because of the name, especially for Harvards’. The cheapest hoddie are around $30 and up to $60. I never buy anything (apparell : shirts, collar shirts, or jeans more than $25) but in the Coop I bought $60 dollar hoddiee.... T.T So expensive but once in life time.
Day 4
It was the most bad day for me, it was the first time i was very mad because I had already prepared, ready to go at 9:20 am and must wait the others until 11:20 am. Really wasting time. It was the last day we stayed in Double Tree Hotel by Hilton before we moved to Boston Park Plaza Hotel where the conference held. Around 3 pm we moved to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. When we arrived, there were many other delegates from other countries had arrived in the hotel. The atmosfer was really scary, meet with other delegates that came from different universities, and most of them were from west country; with really adequate english conversation I and my friends tried to start small conversation; introduction from where we were, what committee we were in. As a start it was not so bad as I think. Everything were under control for the starting.:)
Day 5 – First 1 HNMUN 2012
Eeng Ing Engg,,, and it was the first day of the conference & competition – Harvard National Model United Nations 2012 after 3 months training. We did get up really to have preparation. We wanted to perform perfectly and the best. We all dressed in blue collar shirt and pants or skirts. Around 10 am, we started to downstair to begin lobbying each others, because the official opening ceremony was at 3pm.
For the opening ceremony, it was really very great and awesome. Around 3000 people and more were gathered in the main hall. Every delegates bring their own attributes what ever it was (flag, pins, or anythings related to the country their represents), they also yelled each others. The conference opened with short introduction video from the committee and short lecture from Harvard Prof until around at 5 pm. The first session of HNMUN 2012 began at 7 pm at that night.

The first session.
I arrived at the hall – Baecon hills; I remembered it well around 6:40 pm to meet the other delegates to have alliance. In the first session, I still optimist that I could handle the committee. I raised my plank card several times and speak twice in front of other delegates. For the first session, we set the motion first, other delegate introduced topic A first in the floor. I did really prefer topic B because I learned it more than the first topic A. The topic B is about the international trade related to climate change and the topic A is about financial crisis. I had persued the others to choose the topic B and for the first voting session the topic A wasn’t pass but other delegate repurposed to vote again topic A and the topic A was pass with 2/3 majority. Shitt!!!! I couldn’t control the committee anymore because I didn’t very familiar the the topic A and I didn’t do any depth research about topic A and they talked about FTT during the session. Really big big no!!!

The Best Day Ever in My Life

Monday, 30 January 2011.
I and my best friends, really my best friends in university because I just have few best friends in my university life and I spent most of my hang-out, happy-quality, sharing-joke, important-urgent-sad time with them. Who are those special people? Let me introduce first : Filicia Agustin aka wanone; Elice Huang, Gebonk aka Tommi, Victor Gunawan, and 1 new friend-Pelangi.

Today we are planning to go to Trans Studio Bandung-Indonesia local attraction place (the best for me); it's kindly like Universal Studio or Disneyland for global. I do really recommend this place if you come to Indonesia, especially go to Bandung.

I will tell you the detail :
Actually we are going to TSB on 12 pm because Elice have class this morning until 12.00. So sudden, in the morning the class is dismissed and Elice told us. It is a good news and we can go to TSB more early. So we prepare and have brunch around 10 am in Mie Mangkok then around 11 we go to Bandung Super Mall by 3 motorcyles, where the TSB located. BSM is a big-famous mall in Bandung, just beside to TSB and will be built a hotel in there also.

we arrive around 11.30 pm then buy tickets and jump into the TSB. There are around 20 playgrounds, and I like most is Yamaha racing coaster-like roll coaster with other version. There are also other : Marvel superheros, transcar racing, science-center, vertigo, giant swing, dragon riders, negeri raksasa, and etc. There are also several show in TSB, Bolang and zoo crew, special effect actions, street parade, and etc. Overall, TSB is highly recommended if you asked me place to visit in Bandung when you are people around 40 year-old or family who bring kids to have fun. I play most of them and very very happy.

I play until around 8pm then we have our dinner out side TSB and BSM. We go to Karnivor, western-food restaurant with most of steaks in their menu. It is my first time and I also recommend this place with reason price-delicious food. We have small talks for around one hour and half. Then we go back to our dorm.

When I drop-off my friend, I go to Elice's dorm because she has a gift to be given to me from Bali, but the special moment is I get my birthday gift from Elice and One2. I don't expect/suppose that they are preparing to give a special birthday gift to me. Really thanks so much.:)

Guess what I get? I awesome-lovely-full memorable photo album. WoW, like I wish. So many photos about me and my special moments since I was in university life. Thanks again for you 2, One2 and Elice. I also get a long sleeve shirt with lovely color. They know what I need for having formal shirt for work or formal event.:)

Today is really special moment, The Best Day Ever in My Life - wanone, elice, tommi gebonk, and victor.
Thanks Guys, Best Friends Forever.:)

Chinese New Year 2012 - Water Dragon

Hi, thanks for reading my blog. Hope it can inspire who read this blog.

Now I am going to tell about my Chinese New Year 2012 celebration. Since I entered University, mostly in every CNY I spent it on my cousins place instead back to my home town, really home sweat home town - Pematang Siantar, because in my University, Parahyangan Catholic University we begin our new semester in the 3rd week in January and usually CNY is on the end of Jan or in the Feb. Really thanks to my Mom and Dad, because they have really big family so I can celebrate my CNY in my cousin places.

Short story, I have several cousin in Bandung, there are 2 big family. This CNY 2012, I celebrated it on my cousin new home, he just built a really awesome, huge, homy, great house with its interior about several months ago. I really like it. He is the one who always inspires me, he still very young but for me he has became a success person with great family, 2 small boys. The kids are really very cute, I do really like them.

Actually, in this blog, I want to emphasize about my cousin, just around 35 year-old man. Actually he is really a strict person, sometimes I got scold by him because my lack. hahahaha. But really he inspires me lots, he has several great business and about the home, from small I do really want my own-design home (that's why when I tested in UNPAR, my first choice is architect, the second one is accounting and the result I was being received in accounting, but I do really happy because accounting also helps me so much until now.)

N.B : Last night, I just went to one person's home, I just knew and met him several months ago and he invited me to his house; not too old man, around 35 year-old-man also. He also have a really nice house (he called it villa; and I agree.hahaha) The house is very big also with great design interior, have several bedrooms, and the most important are mini garden, fish pond, and guess it? private swimming pool. WoW... He also has several very expensive-sport cars. He does really inspire me too.

Hope someday I will at least like them, have my own home and cars with great family to live in. Keep struggle and smart working. We are still young and try to grab all our DReAMs.

Cheers. (really so happy)
